BetPro ID Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

Welcome to betpro id. The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betpro id ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the betpro id website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotions, and any other services we provide.

We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically. While we will notify registered players of significant changes, it is ultimately your responsibility to stay up to date with the current version of these Terms. 1 Eligibility

2 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all linked accounts being permanently closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to:

3 Deposits & Payments

betpro id accepts deposits exclusively in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The following payment methods are currently supported:

4 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of real-money balances at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used to deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect all players.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 below for details.
• betpro id processes withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are among the fastest, typically completing the same business day.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

betpro id offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements apply to most bonuses. This means you must bet the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The exact multiplier is shown in each offer's individual terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets, Casino games, and Bingo may contribute differently towards meeting a wagering requirement.
• Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the offer will expire automatically.
• betpro id reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If you have already claimed and are actively using a bonus, changes will not apply retroactively to your existing wagering progress.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or hedging — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account reviewed.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on betpro id — whether on Cricket, Football, Esports, or any other market — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where a specific Cash Out feature is available and active for that market.
• betpro id reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds or incorrect event details.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules applicable to that market, which are displayed in the Betting section.
• For Cricket and PSL markets specifically: if a match is affected by weather, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official. Bets will be settled on the DLS-adjusted result unless the market rules state otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed before you confirm your bet.
• betpro id reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount available to any individual player at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on betpro id. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and if applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus offers, manipulate odds, or coordinate betting strategies in bad faith.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using betpro id for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betpro id staff or other players through any communication channel.

betpro id monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate and act on any behaviour that falls outside normal player conduct, even if not explicitly listed above.

8 Privacy & Data

betpro id collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

In summary, betpro id uses your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and process account registration.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.

• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and money laundering.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or factors beyond our control may occasionally affect the platform.

• betpro id is not liable for any losses arising from interruptions, delays, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• In the event of a software error that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, betpro id reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Our total liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of bets placed or deposits made in connection with that incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits betpro id's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

betpro id reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement or relevant authorities.
• Player self-exclusion via Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a genuine breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a closure is administrative or initiated by the player themselves, real-money balances (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after verification is confirmed.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the betpro id support team. We will process this promptly and ensure any eligible balance is returned.

12 Changes to These Terms

betpro id may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
